Shipping policy

LAUNCH & SALES SHIPPING; We ship Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. Due to the high volume of orders during launches and sales, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed by a few business days. Our team is working hard to make sure you get your items as soon as possible.

COVID-19 UPDATE; Due to the ongoing pandemic, the operations of our standard courier services worldwide have been affected. This has put a strain on our shipping partners, shipping may see delays of up to 3-5 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working hard to get your order to you as soon as we can. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!

PROCESSING TIME; We strive to provide you with the fastest delivery, normally, the whole processing and shipping period will take 3-5 business days. Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.

    DUTIES & TAXES; For international customers, the prices quoted may not include all your import duties or local sales taxes, these may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please note, VZIXN cannot cover the cost of duties & taxes. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

    SHIPPING PROCESS; VZIXN will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped (this can take up to 24 hours to become active).

    STANDARD SHIPPING COSTS; We are unable to ship to military addresses.

    ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT; Due to the environmental impact of CO2 emissions we've taken preventative measures to reduce the unnecessary generation of CO2. The shipment will now come direct from where the goods have been manufactured. 

    PLEASE NOTE;

    • VZIXN cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service.
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
    •  are unable to modify or cancel processed orders, this applies to both in stock or pre-sale items.
    • In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.
    • VZIXN cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses after the order has been placed.
