Returns Policy
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, brand new with original packaging.
- Products can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
- We offer a refund on the original payment method used to make the order.
- We do not offer exchanges as part of our returns policy.
- If separate purchases were made they cannot be returned together. Combining returns slows down the refund process due to mass confusion with purchases.
- Before returning a faulty item please contact customer support as it is advised the customer should not return any incorrect or damaged items before getting in touch with us.
Faulty Item

All products have a 30 day return policy from date of receiving your order. The products must be unused, brand new with original packaging (this includes dust bags, clear packaging still attached). If separate purchases were made they cannot be returned together. Combining returns slows down the refund process due to mass confusion with purchases.
Don't forget to print/write out the following information if the item has been requested to be returned to fast track the return.
Customer support may request the following information:
- Your Order Number
- Item Name
- Clear photos showing:
- The fault for the product as clear as possible
- Full-length photo of the following item
A team member will be assigned to this case and will inspect your case before requesting the item be returned. The item will be inspected formally and if it is found to be a faulty item the request will be processed and a refund to the original payment method will be actioned. If an exchange for the same item has been request it will be shipped out as soon as possible. If the occurrence appears where the item is out of stock, a store credit can be issued for a product of the same value unless stated otherwise.
Change of Mind/Wrong Size
We currently do not offer exchanges or refunds as part of our returns policy. We do not offer exchanges and refunds on non faulty items, change of mind and wrong size. It is the customer's discretion to check the dimensions/model and if unaware of the size contact customer support for help.
Sale Items
Sale items are listed as any products automatically discounted at checkout. We do not offer refunds on sale items if it is due to a change of mind/wrong size. If a sale item has been marked as faulty it can only be returned for a store credit. The products must be unworn, brand new with original packaging (this includes clear packaging, and tags still attached). If separate purchases were made they cannot be returned together. Combining returns slows down the refund process due to mass confusion with purchases.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you are looking to change or cancel an order, please contact info@vzixn.com within 24 hrs. We cannot confirm that we will catch the order in time but will endeavor to do our best. Please note, sale orders cannot be cancelled.
A friendly reminder, we cannot add or change discount codes for an order already placed.
