How to claim your money back:

1. Our return policy allows for a refund within 90 days of your purchase.

2. We ask that you trial our product for 6 weeks to see optimal results. If you are not completely satisfied by the performance of your VZIXNSKIN product, email a customer support representative at info@vzixn.com or fill out the contact below form.

Please do not return the products without contacting us first, items returned without a request will not be accepted.

3. Once approved, return our device (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer support representative.

Real postage costs for the sending and return of the product are the full responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.

5. Once returned, your product purchase will be refunded to you. Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment only. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit.

If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning. We offer a 1 year warranty for all products.
